The Opportunity We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic General Manager Corporate Services to lead and evolve our Finance, IT, Risk, and Governance functions across SJAV and our Seniors Community Care (SCC) division. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Board to drive financial sustainability, digital transformation, and enterprise performance in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Your Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring long-term sustainability and risk oversight. Develop and implement integrated financial and operational strategies aligned to organisational priorities. Lead compliance with all financial, statutory, regulatory, and funding obligations. Drive digital and IT capability uplift to improve decision-making and organisational responsiveness. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and our values. Deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful financial and performance insights to the executive and Board. Champion technology, systems, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery. Build financial acumen, governance capability, and operational maturity across SJAV, About You You are a collaborative and forward-looking executive with deep experience across finance, risk, and corporate services. You thrive in complexity and bring a strong sense of purpose and community impact to your leadership. You will bring: Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent (required), with postgraduate business studies (preferred). Executive-level experience in finance, corporate services, and organisational strategy. Demonstrated success in financial stewardship, risk management, and performance optimisation. Strong commercial acumen and experience leading digital, IT, or transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
