P OSITION : Child care worker TYPE : Full-time Permanent, HOURS : 38 Hrs Per week LOCATION : Sydney Region, NSW SALARY : $75 - 80 K per annum Our Client, Tarshaun Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our growing team in Sydney. Key Responsibilities: Support the setup and organisation of educational and play-based resources to facilitate children’s learning and development. Monitor and guide children’s social behaviour to encourage positive interactions and emotional growth. Plan, implement and lead engaging daily activities tailored to children's interests and developmental stages. Foster a fun and nurturing environment through storytelling, games, and other age-appropriate entertainment. Provide attentive supervision during indoor and outdoor recreational activities. Oversee children’s daily routines, including rest, meals, and transitions between activities. Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all times for all children. Requirements A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in a child care or early childhood education setting. A recognised Certificate II or III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and patient approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with children and families.
