The Project Set in a tranquil pocket of the northern suburbs, this project is more than just a construction site - it's a carefully considered community, designed for longevity and quality of life. It involves multiple structures, staged delivery, and a deep commitment to the wellbeing of future occupants. You'll be there from the ground up. The Role As WHS Advisor, you will be site-based and responsible for managing all aspects of health and safety on this project. Working closely with the project and site teams, you will ensure compliance with legislation, promote best practices, and help maintain a proactive safety culture across the site. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure WHS policies and legislative compliance are maintained Support the development and implementation of the WHS Management Plan Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and on-site safety training Investigate incidents, report findings, and drive corrective actions Foster a strong safety-first mindset with site teams and subcontractors About You Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent) 3-5 years' WHS experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and Codes of Practice Confident communicator with a practical, hands-on approach Experience with residential, aged care, or mid-rise developments preferred What's on Offer Site-based role on a key project in Frenchs Forest Long-term opportunity with a growing Tier 2 builder Supportive, safety-focused team environment Career development and future project opportunities Apply now or contact Shane on 0438 739 279 for more information.
