Permanentheadcount, based inSydney Leading International bank Candidates must havesomerelevantM&A deal experience sector experience in Metals & Mining, Energy, Natural resources Responsibilities : Lead origination and execution of M&A mandates in the Metals & Mining sector across APAC region and globally Maintain client relationships and good rapport, actively participate in client discussions Have solid understanding of M&A processes and associated legal and regulatory framework Lead day-to-day project management and transaction execution, from the pitch phase through to execution, negotiations and closing Lead in the preparation of presentation materials for use with clients, both origination and execution Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies, oversee the building of detailed financial models. Stay abreast of sector news and trends, undertake research and financial analysis of companies, markets and industries based on public filings, research reports and other sources Requirements: Bachelor’s degree inany discipline Years of relevant experience: 7-10, must have demonstrated experience within and understanding of the global Metals & Mining / Energy Natural Resources sector Track record of M&A transaction execution, across buy-side and sell-side transactions including public markets situations Strong understanding of the M&A transaction process, from origination through to completion, with experience in leading the project management and execution of M&A advisory mandates Good written and verbal communication skills, good stakeholder management with both clients and internal stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills and experience with client engagement Diligent work ethic, detail orientation and an aptitude for excellence If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send me your CV directly to cherrie@ethosbc.com quoting reference number CL/BH-23602/FB .
