Salt Search is partnering with a leading global software enterprise to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner APAC for a 12-month contract ($125k-$140k super) & may extend. Based in Sydney, you'll report to the Head of Talent UK, collaborating with HR and Talent teams to source and attract top go to market & professional talent across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent with team needs. Lead recruitment strategy for critical sales roles, including market research and networking. Proactively source both passive and active candidates through cold calling and outreach. Manage up to 10 requisitions, focusing on diversity, internal mobility, and recruitment best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and communities. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting for sales, customer success, go to market specialists, Marketing and professional service teams, particularly in Saas Scale up companies. (not IT Recruiters) 5 years' experience within Software company or Saas Scale up. Strong research skills with a deep understanding of market trends.
