As a Senior Case Manager, you will: Provide high-quality outreach and refuge-based case management Focus on the needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients Deliver risk assessments, safety planning and individualised support plans Mentor Case Managers and contribute to professional development within the team Work within trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks Participate in after-hours on-call service (on rotation) About You: Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in family/domestic violence or social services Strong case management and risk assessment skills Cultural competence and ability to work with CALD communities Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills Blue Card, valid QLD Driver’s Licence, and willingness to participate in on-call roster Why Choose Us?
