Description Overview The Client Governance & Integrity Analyst supports MUFG Retirement Solutions in managing risk events and ensuring compliance with client expectations—particularly for Cbus (Construction and Building Unions Superannuation Fund). The role ensures effective risk governance, control adherence (including CPS230), and continuous improvement of risk processes. Hybrid/flexible working conditions- 60% in the office per fortnight Melbourne location Key Responsibilities Strategic Focus Manage end-to-end risk events to resolution within agreed SLAs. Understand and act on client contractual obligations. Provide insights into control weaknesses and recommend improvements. Drive continuous improvement and best practice across processes. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Operational Management Oversee risk event reporting and documentation (REN, CRENs, SICs). Escalate delays and support resolution-focused actions. Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards. Maintain clear, regular communication with clients and teams. Highlight control failures and support improvement initiatives. Governance & Risk Foster a risk-aware culture and proactively identify issues. Ensure compliance with MUFG’s information security and regulatory obligations. Monitor and respond to the evolving regulatory environment. People & Collaboration Promote a customer-first mindset across all interactions. Support knowledge sharing and team development. Identify and act on process improvement opportunities. Skills & Experience Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving and investigation abilities.
