Your Responsibilities : Assist customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries Accurately identify and source automotive parts Process incoming and outgoing parts orders and maintain stock control Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Support workshop efficiency through timely parts delivery and communication Ensure the parts department remains tidy, organised, and well-presented What You'll Bring : Previous experience in an automotive parts role (preferred) A positive attitude with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and organisational skills Competency in computer systems and parts catalogues A current driver's licence What We Offer : A stable, full-time role with long-term potential Supportive and friendly team culture Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Super , depending on experience Ongoing training and development Staff discounts and employee benefits Ready to grow your career with Cowra Motors?
