The Role This full-time role supports the Senior Property Manager across a portfolio of around 200 properties with the majority located in the Oberon area with some in Bathurst. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections using inspection software & 360 degree camera - Coordinating & following up on repairs and maintenance - Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding tenancy matters - Organising open homes, processing rental applications, and onboarding new tenants - Managing & updating tenancy documentation, data entry and updates to the portal - Assisting with admin, new business opportunities and general team support About you You’re an organised and confident communicator who might already working in Real Estate or have an interest to kick-start your career in Property Management. You’re a confident driver with a full driver’s licence and are comfortable working autonomously. Prior experience in using PropertyMe and Inspection Express will be highly regarded and you will have an Assistant Agent - Certificate of Registration (or a willingness to obtain, funded by the employer).
