Full Job Description This is a rare opportunity to join a growing builder-developer on a major Gold Coast project with several years of secured work ahead. With active work on site and a committed pipeline, they’re now looking to bring in a capable Contract Administrator to support project delivery across procurement, cost control and contract management. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and site team on a complex, high-value build—playing a key role in commercial reporting, subcontractor management and ensuring accurate documentation across the board. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level CA who wants to grow with a company that values structure, transparency and long-term careers.
