We are looking for a customer service professional to join a local government contact centre located SoR. This is an excellent opportunity to get your career started in local government for the right fit. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team and independently. This is a 6-week casual full-time role with an immediate start, and the potential for extension, given the right candidate with a great attitude and work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Use local government CRM to manage workloads Handle calls and correspondence within the team Handle inbound calls from the local community regarding council rates Ensure professional customer service and friendly attitude when engaging with the team and the community Ensure understanding of rates, changes and legislation. The Successful Candidate: Good understanding of council rates. Excellent customer service skills. Great problem-solving skills Experience with contact/call centre's Current National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
