Canberra Based NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 11 months Closing Date: 16 July 2025 Responsibilities: The Contractor will be responsible for authoring and updating a suite of engineering and technical documents and engaging with stakeholders to attain endorsement and/or approval of project documentation. Deliverables may include: Security Risk Assessments Certification and Accreditation artefacts Verification and Validation documentation Security compliance reports Technical input to system design and integration documents Review and update security-related projects Review and provide feedback on security-related contracts Assess security control implementation and design proposed by Conduct security risk analysis Participate in project meetings and contribute to security-related working Undertake other cybersecurity engineering activities as directed by the Engineering Manager. Essential Experience and / or Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity engineering and risk assessment Experience with Defence security requirements and accreditation processes. Experience developing artefacts for Security Certification and Accreditation Desirable Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with space systems, satellite communications, or space domain awareness technologies.
