The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to enhance our supply chain performance. The Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Monitor supplier performance and work closely with procurement to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules. Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to model supply chain scenarios and provide actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve our supply chain processes. Experiences & Skills Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration. Minimum of 5-year proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
