Residential Support Worker – Youth Justice Kalgoorlie, WA | Part-Time Positions Available The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll support young people on remand by creating a safe, stable and respectful home environment. You'll guide them through daily routines, encourage healthy choices, and help them meet bail conditions. When the residence is unoccupied, you'll shift into a community-based role—mentoring youth, building relationships, and promoting the service locally. Flexibility and readiness to return to residential duties at short notice are essential.
