This presents an excellent opportunity for Specialists in Internal Medicine with a focus on cardiology. This facility supports an estimated resident population of 289,000, offering a diverse and impactful clinical experience. We have a variety of ongoing shifts available throughout 2025, until December 21, 2025, including full-time equivalent (FTE) shifts.Shifts include:ASAP – 21.12.25 x2FTE (Either interventional or Diagnostic Imaging Cardiologist (DSE, ESE, Echo, TOE, CTCA and cMRI)14.07.25 – 03.08.25 x2FTE04.08.25 – 21.12.25 x2FTE 18.08.25 – 02.10.2508.10.25 – 12.10.2508.11.25 – 07.12.25(Either interventional or non-interventional) We are seeking Cardiologists with expertise in either interventional or non-interventional cardiology, or strong diagnostic imaging (DI) skills. Your role will be comprehensive, and may cover: Ward rounds (with support from PHO, BPT, and ATs) Clinics (both consultant-led and with registrar support) Triage On-call duties and after-hours ECG reporting (for Ward rounds or Cath lab rosters) Diagnostic Imaging Department rotations for those with skills in: TOE (Transoesophageal Echocardiogram) ESE/DSE (Exercise Stress Echo / Dobutamine Stress Echo) Echo (Echocardiography) cMRI (Cardiac MRI) CTCA (CT Coronary Angiogram) Management of Cath Lab procedures, including after-hours cases, in a 24/7 environment. Review of patient ECGs from external hospitals via an online application across two daily shifts (08:00 – 16:30 and 16:30 – 08:00).
