Lynwood Golf and Country Club is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and service-oriented PGA Professional to join our Golf Operations team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated golf professional to work within a progressive and growing club, located in the scenic Hawkesbury region. The successful applicant will play an integral role across our Pro Shop and Driving Range , while also being provided access to practice facilities for individual coaching and player development. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly to the Golf Operations Manager, the PGA Professional will work approximately 20–30 hours per week across a 7-day roster, including weekends. This role is focused on delivering a premium golfing experience to members and guests, supporting retail operations, and contributing to coaching and player engagement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional service to members and guests in the Pro Shop and Driving Range Accurately manage bookings, competitions, and member enquiries Operate POS systems and assist in retail sales and merchandising Maintain golf cart fleet and range equipment (ball collection, basket maintenance) Facilitate coaching sessions using the Club’s practice facilities Assist with tournament operations and corporate golf events Contribute to daily operational procedures and professional presentation standards ABOUT YOU Current PGA Membership (Full or Associate) A genuine passion for golf and growing the game High level of customer service and communication skills Retail experience and attention to detail in merchandising Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work across weekends and peak periods Strong computer skills and point-of-sale proficiency Valid driver’s licence and access to own transport By joining the CHRG team, you will have access to our Employee Benefits Program, Connect.
