About the role We are seeking a Support Officer Rural Products to join the Sanders Fodder team on a casual basis. This is a dynamic, fast paced role that will see you provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer deliveries while supporting the Rural Products sales team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career. Responsibilities As a Support Officer Rural Products, you will: Assist clients instore and process transactions Prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner Receive, dispatch and process incoming/ outgoing inventory Assist in the safe storage of rural products including stock feed, farm equipment, vet products and crop protection chemicals Perform general shed and yard duties including stock take and stock rotation etc. About you To succeed at AIRR, you have: Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with merchandising knowledge Basic understanding of agriculture products and seasonal differences Articulate written and verbal communication and proficient computer skills Ability to work independently and in a team with time management skills Driver’s license and Forklift licence (desirable) Ag Chem certificate (desirable) About AIRR AIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
