This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery such as waterjet cutters and other precision equipment. Measure components to tight tolerances of /-0.5mm. Maintain machinery and ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets. Requirements Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or processing setting. Background or trade experience in Engineering, metals, or aerospace industries. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Safety-conscious with good problem-solving skills.
