Having used so many recruiters before who were not qualified and had never worked in accounting there was a definite opportunity to provide a better experience to both clients and candidates. We are different to every other recruitment agency in Australia. We hire experienced staff who are first movers into recruitment. We know the roles we recruit for, because we have normally either done the roles ourselves or managed those roles. We work in a few niches: Accounting & Finance Commercial Collections Novated Leasing Non-Bank Lending Public Sector - (Councils) Remote Medical - register nurses We are not looking for global domination or to be the biggest agency in town. We get job satisfaction from our deep relationships with our clients and candidates and doing a great job. We take on less roles but fill more. And we pitch way less candidates than our competition but the right candidates to save the time of our clients. This is what defines us, and it is our superpower! The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have the following non-negotiable qualities: An expert in their field - 15 years in roles they want to recruit.
