In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical cleaning service, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery owned by BIC Consolidated across our many worksites. This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne, supporting our operations region across Victoria. Please note this position will be predominantly working after hours and based on a rotating schedule. You will be responsible for these key areas: Working closely with the wider Operations teams, you will be responsible for planning repairs, maintenance needs and checks, these duties include but are not limited to: Use of machinery Hard/Soft Floor Maintenance Window Cleaning Steam cleaning of soft furnishings and upholstery Carpet cleaning and spot treatment Pressure washing of external surfaces and building facades Emergency after-hours jobs as needed Assist with staff training on the use of machines as needed Ensure compliance with all OH&S and chemical handling regulations Maintain accurate service records and follow safety procedures
