We are working with a leading aged care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and care to their residents. In the role you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the care team providing clinical leadership and support to staff, ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations and drive continuous improvement, foster a positive and inclusive culture within the team which will drive team retention and development initiatives, collaborate effectively with the Care Managers and Clinical Care Co-Ordinator. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. AHPRA registration. Solid understanding of aged care standards and regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to relocate in NSW.
