Job Title Specialist HR Systems Job Roster 6-month fixed term opportunity with flexible WFH arrangement. 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday Job Summary Job Statement We are now seeking a Specialist HR Systems to support the successful configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday Learning Project by providing technical expertise in Workday Learning and Workday Enterprise Extended Learning. This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity based in our Perth corporate office. The Opportunity: This role will: Actively participate in the Workday Learning Project to support the implementation of Workday Learning and Workday Enterprise Extended Learning (EEL) Support our Senior Specialist to configure business processes, security roles, and custom reports throughout the project. Perform the role of ‘Learning Administrator’ through the project including course creation, campaigns, reporting etc. Support with maintaining core Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Onboarding, Compensation, Recruitment etc.). Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits. Provide day to day Level 1 & 2 support to the People & Culture team and end users for system issues and inquiries. Escalate issues to our external third-party Workday AMS and/or IT department. Educate HR staff and other departments on new features and processes. Support developing HR reporting, dashboards, and adhoc data requests. Ensure data privacy and compliance in all reporting. What you can expect from us: A caring and supportive culture. We’re excited to hear from you if you have: Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Human Resources or similar. 5 years HR Systems experience with minimum 3 years with Workday. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Learning module. Experience with supporting Workday business processes, maintaining security, and developing Workday reports. Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation. Comfortable creating test cases, executing test scenarios (unit, integration, and UAT), and resolving defects. Ability to identify and troubleshoot configuration or data-related issues.
