We are seeking to appoint a part time friendly, proactive and customer service driven individual to join Mount Annan Christian College in Hospitality Support. Forming part of the Operations team at the College, the Hospitality Support role assists with all facets of hospitality across the College, including the Café and Canteen, while ensuring high quality customer services is delivered to all stakeholders. This role will see you working Monday to Friday during term time only. This role will see you responsible for: Preparing and serving meals, snacks and beverages in the College café, canteen and at College events, as required Preparing coffee orders for staff, students, parents and visitors Assisting with the setup, services and pack down of catering for College events and meetings Monitoring stock levels, assisting with unpacking deliveries and helping with rotating and storing supplies correctly Operating point of sale system and managing cash transactions Providing friendly and efficient services to students, staff and visitors promoting a welcoming and respectful environment More specifically, the successful candidate will have: Experience in the hospitality industry (desirable) Barista experience (desirable) Experience working in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to build, foster and maintain good relationships with stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work well in a team and individually Applicants must also hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and be willing to assent to the College’s Statement of Faith.
