Position: Account Manager Location: Perth, NOR Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 Job Type: Permanent Position Overview: We’re looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of experience who is passionate about client relationships and IT services. You’ll manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, proactive support, and strategic IT solutions. This is a client-facing role where you’ll work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored IT services and solutions to businesses across various industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Conduct regular check-ins & business reviews to understand client needs. Work with technical teams to ensure seamless IT support & service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve client IT environments. Coordinate projects, upgrades & new service implementations. Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities for additional IT services. Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and service agreements. Track client satisfaction & service performance metrics. Manage invoicing, service agreements, contract renewals, and quotes. Role Requirements: 2 years of experience in a technical role. Background in MSP, IT support, or technology services is highly regarded. Strong customer service & communication skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
