As the Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team, drive service quality and performance, and play a key role in delivering client-focused care. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading a high-performing team of Physios, OTs, Speech Pathologists & more Managing clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and service delivery Supporting staff with supervision, training, and performance development Overseeing intake, triage, and client experience Monitoring KPIs, budgeting, billing (NDIS, HCP, private), and compliance Championing quality, innovation, and a positive workplace culture What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years in a senior Allied Health or clinic leadership role Strong operational and people leadership skills Experience with NDIS and aged care programs highly regarded Excellent organisational and communication skills Degree-qualified in Allied Health, Health Management, or similar A passion for client outcomes and service excellence Why Join Us?
