Western Sydney Location Permanent Role $120K Package About the Role: Our client is one of the largest property companies globally, who are seeking a Facilities Manager to look after a well-known commercial building in Western Sydney. The role is ideal for someone who has experience as a commercial or retail Facilities Manager and is self-sufficient in managing the hard & soft service function of a building. Responsibilities: Oversee all building operational services, including fire, HVAC, lifts, hydraulics, electrical, security, and general maintenance. Work closely with the client to ensure building presentation, compliance, and safety standards are maintained. Contractor management and performance monitoring. Assist in budget preparation (OPEX & CAPEX) and financial reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements: Must have 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, on commercial office or retail assets. Experience within basebuilding FM. Experience in contractor and budget management. Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work on-site and be flexible with hours when required.
