This is a superb 9-month contract for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Working with a group of dedicated property professionals you will oversee a portfolio of CBD and City Fringe assets, predominately made up of commercial assets with some retail & industrial. You'll oversee all property operations, manage tenant relationships, lead budgeting and reporting activities, and support the growth of the organization as a whole. About the Role: This is a fast-paced, exciting role supporting a team with an excellent presence in the market as well as a leading reputation. You will: Step into this 9 month contract with a demonstrated history of property management Oversee management of a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail assets Prepare and control budgets, including income/expenditure forecasts and financial reporting Lead tenant communications, lease negotiations, and arrears management Coordinate building and facilities maintenance, including service contracts and fire safety compliance (AFSS) Liaise with strata bodies, attend meetings, and manage Body Corporate obligations Regularly review debtors and work closely with internal finance teams Assist in growing the portfolio by building strong relationships with key stakeholders What you need: A current driver’s license and own vehicle Experience using MRI Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to work with independence as well as oversee staff Excellent communication skills both verbal and written To Apply: Please call Fern Williamson on 0432 119 423 for more information or email your CV to fwilliamson@goughrecruitment.com.au.
