This is a key role supporting underground operations across mine planning, performance management, and safety compliance. You’ll be joining a progressive and supportive team in a business poised to become one of WA’s next mid-tier gold producers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver detailed mine plans and optimise development and dewatering activities Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and safety initiatives on-site Coordinate equipment and quality controls in collaboration with site teams Develop drill and blast plans and provide technical leadership to junior staff Monitor and drive continuous improvement in underground operations What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or related field Minimum 4 years' experience in underground mining (gold essential) Sound knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards Proactive mindset with strong communication and leadership skills Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: $150K Super 7.5–15% short- and long-term bonus structure $8,000 annual retention bonus 8/6 FIFO roster with 12 hours paid on travel days Up to 18 weeks paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement and study leave to support your career development Long-term opportunity with a rapidly growing gold miner Ready to grow your career in gold mining?
