TEN Recruitment is partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor to appoint a Marine Superintendent for a landmark marine development in WA. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader looking to take charge of complex offshore operations involving piling, barge logistics, and structural installations—all within a structured and safety-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily marine construction operations including piling, drilling, and HDPE pipeline installations Oversee offshore logistics using a 1000t jack-up barge and 400t pedestal crane Coordinate temporary works, diving operations, and safety protocols Lead subcontractor teams and ensure all works are completed to safety, quality, and timeline standards Ensure all regulatory permits are in place and marine operations are fully compliant Maintain accurate reporting and strong communication with project stakeholders Uphold HS&E practices across all offshore construction activities What You’ll Bring: Relevant trade or technical qualifications in civil, marine, or construction 5 years’ experience in marine infrastructure or offshore construction Previous leadership as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Supervisor Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of marine safety and regulatory frameworks WA-based project experience and full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: Negotiable salary package based on experience Long-term role on a major WA marine infrastructure project Stable contractor with full project support and long-term pipeline Immediate start available with a high-performing team Ready to step into a senior role on a landmark WA marine project?
