Working in the transportation roads and highways sector you will have the chance to join a business at the early stages of its growth. This position offers the chance to work with an established leader in the industry and deliver interesting projects whilst managing & mentoring a small but highly capable team. The successful candidate will have to be happy to work in a small team. Degree in Civil engineering. Excellent communication skills. Ideally seeking candidates with 10-15 years of experience. Previous design experience using 12D beneficial but not essential. Experience of managing draftsperson and engineers on roads and highway projects in VIC. Remuneration is dependent on the level of experience but we are ideally seeking candidates with 10 - 15 years level of experience in a consulting environment.
