6 month temporary position, with potential to be offered permanent Work with a leading training organisation in a modern CBD office, that has a meaningful community impact and a people-first culture $40 - $45 per hour plus super The Role Working alongside a professional and supportive team, this role will be responsible for helping to coordinate a wide range of virtual and in person events on behalf of a highly regarded organisation that is passionate about ongoing education. Main responsibilities include: Collaborate with a dedicated team to support with the end-to-end delivery of a calendar of events that are mainly virtual Plan and deliver all logistics for various webinars, including coordinating speakers, developing content, providing technical support and resolution and undertaking post-event evaluations Effective coordination of online events via EventsAir and Zoom, including being in the background ready to spring into action if any issues arise and having a strong understanding of both the structure of the webinar and the functionality of the platform Facilitate timely and vital communication amongst various stakeholders both internally and externally to enable events to run smoothly Coordinate any on the ground logistics, including room bookings, catering, setting up and packing down and other aspects of facilities management Requirements Strong experience in an event coordination role A high level of expertise in the planning and delivery of virtual events/webinars from end-to-end A working knowledge of EventsAir and Zoom, with demonstrated capability of the functionality of these platforms to run webinars and effectively resolve any technical issues A proven track record of working effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to relay critical information and ensure that events run smoothly and to a high standard Excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful, proactive and professional attitude Strong organisational skills with the capability to juggle various events at once without losing any attention to detail Team-oriented and always taking accountability to show up in the role Benefits Genuine potential for the role to go permanent for the right candidate - given this, unfortunately visa holders cannot be considered Flexible hybrid working with the capacity to WFH 2 days a week Work in a modern, CBD office in a supportive and high performing team Contribute to meaningful and progressive work in a professional training environment Work under a kind, highly capable and fair manager If this sounds like you and the role you have been waiting for, please contact Kerri on 02 8366 0944 or apply below!
