Job Description About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the Minderoo Family, playing a key role in delivering high-level administration and operational support, and driving organisational effectiveness. Your day to day will Include: Smooth and efficient management of the Executive Director’s office including full oversight of diary, travel and email management, and preparation for meetings and events. Preparation of briefing materials for meetings, events, and travel, including the requirement for online research and input to speech preparation. Liaise with key stakeholders in coordinating diary arrangements, including maintaining contact with the office of the CEO and active engagement with the EA network across executive offices. Coordination of team meetings, functions and events, including minutes and reporting. Monthly reconciliation and coding of credit cards on behalf of the Executive Director Escalates and contributes to the management of highly confidential, sensitive and urgent matters with discretion in a timely and professional manner. Assists the Executive Director with bringing together the Focus areas/Impact Missions, Enablers & Corporate Services that encompasses the One Minderoo mindset
