Due to continued significant growth and recent major project wins, Georgiou is seeking a Project Administrator to be part of our success. The successful candidate will support our existing projects and upcoming works in northern of the river in WA, working closely with project management teams to provide administrative and document control support for our Infrastructure division. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will: Provide administrative and document control support to project and engineering teams Manage correspondence, drawings, specifications, and project records Coordinate meetings, travel, supplies, and team schedules Prepare reports, financial documents, purchase orders, and process invoices Assist with safety data, compliance, and system processes across projects What you're good at: You're a proactive, detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with structured processes and supporting teams to keep projects running smoothly. You bring: At least 2 years' experience in a similar project administrative or support role Familiarity with document control systems (SharePoint, COINS, Aconex or similar) Strong attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality Solid Microsoft Office skills Your application will be given priority if you have: Proven experience supporting large civil construction or infrastructure projects residency north of the river, as most projects are located in that area We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where innovation is encouraged, laughter is welcomed, and everyone is committed to achieving excellence.
