We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a 12 month FTC to cover for one of our legendary Product Manager's as she enters into the exciting world of motherhood! Key Responsibilities Customer & Market Insight Conduct customer touch points (interviews, surveys, prototype tests) Translate insights into evidence‑backed problem statements Monitor competitor activity and market trends; refine tactics rapidly Outcome‑Based Planning Ensure that we focus on work that drives the company's strategic outcomes Contribute and own the OKRs with clear leading indicators Maintain a continuously prioritised backlog in ProductBoard based on Strategic anchors, customer insights and feedback Regularly communicate an intent‑driven narrative roadmap with the Senior Leadership Team. Focus on the why and the impact rather than just the feature lists Rapid Discovery & Delivery Design and run high‑velocity experiments (A/B testing, fake‑door tests, multivariate testing, etc.) Work closely with design and engineering to explore multiple solutions before making a decision Enforce instrumentation and guardrail metrics before every launch Product Lifecycle Ownership Shepherd features from concept through optimisation to retirement Keep requirements, pricing rules, and risk registers up to date Partner with Marketing & Sales on go‑to‑market and track funnel metrics post‑launch.
