IT Audit Lead- Technology & Data Location: Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Work Join a leading Big4 Australian bank and play a key role in strengthening technology and data risk management across the organisation. We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Lead to deliver high-quality audits and insights across technology, data, and cybersecurity domains. What You'll Do: Lead and deliver end-to-end technology and data audits, from planning through to reporting. Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data governance. Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance operational resilience and regulatory compliance. Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insights that improve risk management practices and support business objectives. Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in IT, technology, or data auditing, ideally within financial services or large, complex organisations. Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks, data governance, and regulatory expectations. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
