You’ll be providing individualised care in a 24/7 group home environment in Terry Hills, supporting independence, choice, and community participation. What You’ll Be Doing Bringing positive vibes and real support to a shared living home Helping with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and moving safely Encouraging independence and everyday life skills Getting out and about—community trips, social activities, and fun outings Driving clients in Sunnyfield vehicles (road trip, anyone?) Keeping an eye on wellbeing and recording progress Working alongside a team that’s got your back (and loves a good laugh) What You’ll Bring A big heart and a passion for helping people live their best life Confidence with personal care and using mobility aids Experience in disability or another caring role (bonus points if you’ve done both!)
