Key Responsibilities: Provide general administration support. Source and gather information for site teams, product orders. Help process invoices and payments. Acquire and provide information to support site team, suppliers, contractors and others. Maintain project documents with timely and updated information. Efficiently and accurately manage information and files. Construction experience is not essential but highly favourable. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member who: Enjoys supporting others and is a positive team player. Can communicate effectively via phone, email, and document management. Is adaptable and can manage multiple tasks and priorities. Organised and accurate at all times. - People rely on you to support them. Experience and Knowledge: Excel Word Outlook Any other procurement type software is advantageous. Similar roles within a Building/construction space. Admin qualifications is also desirable.
