Snr Test Manager - $180,000SuperBonus - Payments Our client is hiring a Senior Test Engineering Manager to lead QA strategy across a major financial services organisation’s Payments platform. The role: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple delivery squads Define and enforce quality standards across functional and non-functional testing Own and evolve the test automation strategy using tools like FinSim and EFTSim Oversee test governance, environment management, and test data practices Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA deliverables with release plans Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and dashboarding Upskill the QA team in modern tools and automation practices What we're looking for: Strong leadership experience in QA within the payments domain Hands-on knowledge of automated and manual testing in CI/CD environments Proven experience with automation tools (FinSim, EFTSim preferred) Skilled in managing test environments, dependencies, and escalations Excellent stakeholder communication and governance experience.
