On Track Recruitment On Track Recruitment are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of its occupied buildings, operational areas, and associated grounds in Fremantle. This position plays a key role in ensuring that facility-related issues and services are managed efficiently, safely, and in line with stakeholder needs. This role is the primary point of contact for all facility maintenance matters including cleaning, building layout changes, minor works, air-conditioning, fire services, water/sewage, and landscaping. About you: Relevant qualifications in Facility Management, Civil, Building or Construction: Strong experience in facilities or building maintenance and project supervision Proven ability to develop scopes, specifications, budgets, and construction methods Key Responsibilities: Engage and coordinate panel contractors for building and site services. Conduct contractor inductions and manage permits in line with safety requirements. Oversee panel contracts for cleaning and water management. Assess and respond to maintenance issues and safety concerns. Maintain and update inspection reports and asset registers.
