Senior Test Analyst – Software Projects Location: East Perth (Client site) Type: Full-time Permanent (12-month FTC to start, then convert) Work Rights: Must have full working rights and already be based in Perth, WA Overview: We are hiring a Senior Test Analyst for a forward-thinking software consulting business delivering complex, high-quality systems across commercial and public sectors. This role is based onsite with one of their key clients in East Perth and sits within a high-performing, collaborative delivery team. You’ll be involved in real, impactful work from day one. The Opportunity: You’ll be working across the full software development lifecycle, closely supporting developers and coordinating UAT. This isn’t just a script-following role; you’ll bring critical thinking to understand business requirements, troubleshoot deeper issues, and support high-quality delivery outcomes. A background in software development is highly valued. What You’ll Need to Bring: • 5 years of experience in software testing across the Software Development Life Cycle • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – technical and non-technical • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) • Previous background as a developer or strong technical understanding of modern software delivery • A collaborative mindset and ability to liaise between technical teams and business users • Based in Perth with full working rights (this is non-negotiable due to client needs) Nice to Have: • Familiarity with automated testing tools • Experience working in government or regulated environments • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps environments Why This Role: You’ll join a technically strong and well-respected team, working on enterprise-grade software solutions with long-term impact.
