Our client is a well-known global brand/asset owner operating in the retail and hospitality sector, seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver both new developments and capital works across Victoria. With an extremely healthy pipeline during a period of growth, you'll manage end-to-end delivery across retail construction projects ranging from $500K - $30M. Please note – This is a client-side Project Manager that will involve Construction Projects. Managing external and internal contractors, designers, consultants, and stakeholders Coordinate contractors, landlords, engineers, designers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and safely Oversee WHS, contract admin, tendering, and project performance. Prepare costings, program, and support capex approvals. Participate in post-project reviews and drive improvements. Work closely alongside the development & design teams What You’ll Need: Proven Project Management experience in retail or hospitality construction projects (highly desirable) Experience in delivering base builds and fit-out construction projects Client side PM experience is highly desirable Prior contractor experience in roles of Contract Admin, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager is also highly desirable Strong contract admin and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
