A well known and sought after Tier 2 Commercial Builder that is responsible for delivering predominately Apartments, Office, Hotel and Mixed-Use builds up to $180M. Employing just under 200 personnel throughout Melbourne, this business promotes from within and are rapidly growing. Role The relevant role is a Junior Contract Administrator opportunity and will involve delivering a $10M Multi-Use Development in Armadale. The project is live expected to run until September 2026. Responsibilities will include: Manage Sub Contractor quotes and payments Manage the procurement of the complete project Manage all Process claims, EOTs, RFIs, document control etch Run all stakeholder meetings Assist Project Manager with other duties Requirements Previous Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor Previous exposure managing financials of a construction project Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to learn and advance with their career Cheops software experience ideal Interested in the role?
