About the Role In this hands-on role, you'll support the Store Manager to run the day-to-day operation, lead the team from the shop floor, and ensure customers receive expert service every time. You'll bring strong retail sales experience and a willingness to get involved in every aspect of store life from people to product to process. What You Will Do Help lead and support a team of 12 in a busy, customer-focused store Drive individual and team performance through active floor leadership Support rostering, stock handling, merchandising, and training Be a strong right hand to the Store Manager and step up when needed Build customer trust through product knowledge and service What You Will Bring Strong sales leadership experience is ideal.
