The Role This hands-on position will support operations across multiple locations and sites in the WA region. It will be reporting into the Safety Manager for WA and primarily based in the Perth metro area. Responsibilities include: Work closely with the WA Safety Manager, partnering across several sites and business units, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of safety systems and culture Remit will span several locations, requiring adaptability across different site environments and slight differentiation in systems Support site leaders to implement and monitor safety systems, policies, and procedures Build capability and safety leadership across operational teams through coaching and mentoring Facilitate incident investigations and support risk identification and mitigation strategies Lead training on core safety topics such as isolation, load restraint, and contractor management Provide insights, recommendations and continuous improvement strategies using relevant systems Effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders and all levels within the business Contribute to the development and roll-out of safety initiatives and improvement projects Travel to and regular presence on sites Your Background In order to be successful in this role, you will: Minimum 3-4 years experience within a WHS role Experience in an operationally complex environment e.g. manufacturing or distribution centre In-depth knowledge of relevant safety legislation, regulations and standards Experience rolling out, implementation and maintaining safety systems Experience using digitilised systems Strong communication skills Must be autonomous and have the ability to self-manage Ability to travel as part of a working routine What's on Offer?
