About the role As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Supporting accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes Maintain data integrity across financial systems and housing systems (Zavanti) Manage tenant records and bank reconciliations Support cash flow reporting and assist with month-end financial tasks. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve queries. For more information, please refer to the position description below. About You The ideal applicant will have: Proven experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay, with high-volume accuracy. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Zavanti, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics (preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills; effective in resolving queries and collaborating. Commitment to gender equality and social change aligned with YWCA’s mission and values. Tertiary qualifications in accounting and not-for-profit sector experience highly regarded.
