About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siebel Database Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Siebel CRM database using MS SQL Designing, implementing, and maintaining the database Ensuring data integrity, security, and availability Monitoring database performance and optimizing as needed Developing and implementing backup and recovery strategies Collaborating with development teams to understand system requirements and design database solutions Troubleshooting database issues and providing solutions Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM and MS SQL Database Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL Understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with Siebel CRM upgrades and migrations (desired) Familiarity with database clustering and high availability solutions (desired) Knowledge of database security best practices (desired) Experience with database monitoring and alerting tools (desired) A passion for data analysis, diligence, and a hardworking attitude What's on Offer This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious consulting house and collaborate with amazing end clients.
