About the Role This hands-on role will see you working independently and as part of our friendly team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor environment for students, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): General gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding Lawn mowing and maintenance using turf machinery Minor grounds repair and upkeep Applying fertilisers and garden treatments under supervision Assisting with basic maintenance tasks as needed Supporting site safety and security in line with school procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience in gardening or grounds maintenance Be self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in maintaining clean, green spaces Support the mission and ethos of Catholic education About the Organisation Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 80 schools in Western Sydney.
