We’re partnering with a small but mighty creative agency that punches well above its weight, delivering bold and impactful work for purpose-led brands across sustainability, finance, health, and social impact sectors. As their Senior Account Manager / Account Director steps away on parental leave, they’re looking for a confident, collaborative and purpose-driven operator to take the reins. You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships and oversee campaign delivery across a handful of high-profile accounts, with a particular focus on brand and integrated creative. The ideal candidate will be strategic and solutions-focused, with experience managing creative development end-to-end — from brief and concept through to production and delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Owning client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact Leading integrated brand and campaign rollouts across digital, social, video, and print Briefing and collaborating with creative teams and partners Ensuring creative quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery across all channels Managing budgets, timelines, approvals and internal communications with care and clarity About You 5–8 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally across both agency and client-side environments Strong track record delivering creative campaigns in fast-paced or resourceful environments Confident managing stakeholders and creatives, and driving projects forward independently Experience in values-led, government, social change or not-for-profit campaigns is a bonus Enjoys working in a small, collaborative and values-aligned team Perks & Details 6-month full-time contract (parental leave cover) Competitive salary – around $110K super Hybrid working with a tight-knit, purpose-driven team Office based in inner-north Melbourne Start date: Ideally mid August for handover Apply Now If you're a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver who thrives in small teams and wants to do meaningful work — we’d love to hear from you.
