About the role On behalf of Chief Group Solutions we at Workforce Extensions are seeking an experienced Truck Driver - Heavy Combination to join their team. This is a full-time position, offering competitive wages and excellent benefits. You will play a vital role in their road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of their plant and equipment across the region. What you'll be doing Operate heavy combination vehicles, such as semi-trailers, to transport Plant & Equipment Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition Adhere to all relevant road rules, regulations and safety procedures Maintain accurate logbooks and other documentation as required Assist with loading and unloading of plant at delivery sites Communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of their transport operations What we're looking for Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence Confident in loading & unloading large civil plant Minimum 5 years' experience as a Truck Driver - Heavy Combination Strong understanding of road transport regulations and safety practices Excellent driving skills and attention to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills OH&S Induction for construction industry (White Card) What we offer Competitive wages and superannuation Opportunities for career development and advancement Supportive and inclusive company culture Modern, well-maintained fleet of vehicles About Chief Group Chief Group is a local civil construction company.
