Position: Senior Manager, Product Marketing Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for all current and future products in a business group. Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company’s overall strategy and goals. Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop overall product strategy and drive tactical activities. Understand market opportunities and competition; specify market requirements for current and future products and supplier engagements. Work closely with the marketing team to manage product releases, promotions, and advertising campaigns. Engage with the sales team, prospects, and current customers to gather feedback on products. Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to aid in selling the product and professional services. Participate in supplier meetings, strategies, and business reviews. What We Are Looking For At least 10 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry. Experience managing professional employees and/or supervisors. Accountability for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Ability to adapt departmental plans and priorities to resource and operational challenges. Guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; receives guidance from senior management. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers. Responsible for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams. Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, and termination. Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
